    Cozy Cottage Counseling, PLLC offers Telehealth counseling services to individuals across Texas. This means that you are not restricted to local providers and can find the right fit for your needs anywhere in the state. Our appointments take place on a HIPAA compliant platform, which safeguards your privacy. You will receive links to your sessions through your secure client portal, ensuring that only you can access them. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your sessions. Telehealth services are offered for ages 18 and up.

Together, we'll find strategies to manage challenges effectively. In-person sessions are available for clients ages 10 and up, ensuring tailored support. Face-to-face interaction builds trust and collaboration for personal growth.

FAQ

  • My in-person counseling sessions are located at 1528 W. Contour Dr. San Antonio, TX. 78212 (Suite 102). Telehealth services are located at your leisure; you just log in with the required link! I just ask that you are logged in within a safe and confidential location.

  • I require at least 24 hours notice upon cancellation. If the notice is later that 24 hours, you will be expected to pay the appointment fee in full. If possible, the ability to reschedule or offer Telehealth can be provided. If there is an emergency or sickness, I will request you do not come to session as I would want you to rest or recover. At that time accommodations can be made to reschedule without expectation of paying for the missed appointment.
